What we collect
When you sign up: first name, mobile number, the role and NYC area you want, and anything optional you add (pay, schedule, experience). We also record which link or ad brought you to Relay.
How we use it
To contact you about relevant restaurant and hospitality work, which you agreed to when signing up. We do not sell your information.
Advertising measurement
If you arrive from an ad, Relay may use Meta, Reddit, TikTok and Google Ads tags to measure whether our ads lead to signups. These platforms receive page and signup-step events with basic labels (language, job role category, campaign). They never receive your name, phone number or typed answers. They may use cookies and device information under their own privacy policies.
Where this is off
Advertising pixels do not run for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, when your location cannot be confirmed, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control opt-out signal.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Relay message to stop contact. To opt out of ad measurement, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or use the ad settings on Meta, Reddit, TikTok and Google. To update or delete your information, contact Relay.
